REFUND POLICY
LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE
We are sorry to hear about this!
But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process. RETURNS
All earrings and Sale Items are final and are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@goldentouchaccessories.com. for further instructions.
Details + Photos of item(s) must be sent with your return request
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned Items are carefully inspected before approving the return.
If your return is accepted, well will send you detailed instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order, we make sure that each order is checked for sizing, style and goes through final quality control to ensure your piece is shipped in excellent conditions. We take pride in the love and care we put into packaging each order properly to avoid any damages, unfortunately we are only responsible IF the item gets lost while in transit to its destination, but if your order is marked delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing that order. We are not responsible for carriers handling packages incorrectly.
Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged item, so that we can evaluate the issue and we will work diligently to make it right.
If you receive the wrong item, the same 7 day after delivered refund policy applies, please email info@goldentouchaccessories.com with all the details for further instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns will be applied as a store credit Only
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed with confirmation within 7-10 business days with details on how to use your store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, personalized items. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. info@goldentouchaccessories.com
Fraudulent Orders or False opened cases.
Golden Touch Accessories legal team will be involved if false opened cases or fraudulent orders are made or opened, legal action will be made. Be kind to small business.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
