SHIPPING POLICY
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout or for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer must cover the reshipping fee that applies to your destination, This fee is strictly for shipping costs, as we do not receive any discounts from USPS.
IN ADDITION
• All orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship. This does not include personalized items which could take 7-10 days to be made, be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays excluded based on USPS schedule.
We typically ship once a week, but this may vary depending on volume of orders. For updates on shipping days, please follow us on Instagram where we post regular updates through stories or posts.
